Innovasan won the 2014 Life Science Tennessee Venture Forum held in Nashville, TN, competing against four other Tennessee startup companies.

The Venture Forum consisted of a ten-minute pitch competition by the five finalist companies, selected through a prior application review process, to a judging panel of investors and the conference audience.

The judging panel selected Innovasan as the winning startup and presented the award of $5,000 cash prize courtesy of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, LLP, development of a five-minute pitch video courtesy of Benchfly, a company video showcased during the Southeast BIO Investor & Partnering Forum in Atlanta, Georgia in November, and other business consulting services.

Jeff Hubrig Jr., Innovasan's Manager of Business Development, accepted the prize from Waller partner Hunter Rost and remarked "I feel very thankful and blessed. Moving on to SEBio is amazing."
