- Green candy melts
- Black licorice
- Yellow candy melts
- White chocolate chips
Instructions
To make the cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the brown sugar until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
To make the frosting:
1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
2. Add green food coloring, a little at a time, until you reach the desired shade.
3. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.

1. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package directions.
2. Dip the marshmallow into the melted candy melts and place it on a piece of wax paper.
3. Use a toothpick to draw the outline of a football helmet on the marshmallow.
4. Let the candy melts set completely.
5. Melt the black licorice and yellow candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls according to the package directions.
6. Use a toothpick to draw the details of the football helmet on the marshmallow.
7. Let the candy melts set completely.
8. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package directions.
9. Drizzle the white chocolate over the football helmet.
10. Let the white chocolate set completely.
To assemble the cake:
1. Place the cake on a serving platter.
2. Top the cake with the football helmet cake topper.
3. Serve and enjoy!
