Why Secret Derma+ Plus Discontinued is Necessary
I’ve been using Secret Derma+ Plus for years to help manage my acne. It’s been a lifesaver, but I recently learned that it’s been discontinued. I was devastated, but after doing some research, I understand why.
Secret Derma+ Plus contains hydroquinone, a bleaching agent that’s been linked to skin cancer. While the risk is low, it’s still a concern. Hydroquinone can also cause skin irritation, including redness, dryness, and peeling.
I’m not happy that Secret Derma+ Plus is being discontinued, but I understand why. It’s a product that has the potential to cause serious health problems. I’m grateful that I was able to use it for as long as I did, but I’m also glad that it’s no longer on the market.
If you’re looking for an alternative to Secret Derma+ Plus, there are a few options available. Talk to your doctor or dermatologist about other acne treatments that are safe and effective.
